Butcher's shop
Our butcher’s shop, where we produce all the meat and sausage products we use and process ourselves, is a training and master butcher’s store with its own slaughterhouse. We source our animals for slaughter only from selected farms in the local area, which avoids the transportation of animals. When selecting the farms, the focus is on species-appropriate animal husbandry and healthy, natural rearing.
